MY IPHONE/IPAD WON'T CONNECT WITH ZIIP

  1. Close out (swipe away) of the ZIIP app on your iPhone/iPad. 
  2. Go into your Settings and shut off Bluetooth.
  3. Wait a few minutes and ensure your ZIIP device is nearby.
  4. Go into your Settings and turn on Bluetooth.
  5. Reopen the ZIIP app.
  6. Press the white button at the top to turn your ZIIP on. 
  7. Choose your treatment, and click "Send This Treatment" at the very top of the screen.
  8. Your ZIIP should beep 3 times to notify you that the treatment has been sent.
